Job Title- Electronic Resources Librarian Monographs

Salary range - $78,117 to $84,361 plus 17% super

Location – Deakin University, Geelong Waterfront Campus

Qualification- Degree and/or post-graduate qualification in Library or Information Science or equivalent which qualifies for Associate (Professional) membership of ALIA.

Duties-

·        Co-coordinating all acquisitions processing for monograph including ordering, receiving, invoice payments and record loading.

·         Provide expert assistance and advice on monograph acquisition

·        Contribute timely and effective collection development of electronic resources, print and electronic books, e-textbooks and video resources

·        Contribute timely and effective ordering, renewal, contract review and payments for licenced electronic resources and resolve problem that arise.

·        Understand collection projects and improvement initiatives by preparing action plans, creating and analysing lists and statistics, co-ordination project activities, supervising staff and reporting on project outcomes.
