Be able to show use of high level use of library management system/s.
To innovate and develop new strategies to provide the best practice in information services.
Development of user education recording tools such as Screen casting applications, Photoshop.
·Innovative use of web tools and spaces including social media to provide exposure for literacy promotions and in support of teaching and learning.
Use of digital media, tools, storage and accessibility for resource development.
Manage content both hard copy and digital including content that may be delivered via a tablet device iPad, intranet and Cloud environment.
Manage all facets of digital media library such as ClickView, Enhance TV and other multimedia sources.

· Must have a wide knowledge of literature for children and young adults.
· Knowledge and understanding of the use and development of library management systems.
· Knowledge of trends in education in the areas of information services and knowledge management
· A proven ability to produce productive relationships with students, staff and parents.
· Excellent organisational, administrative and presentation skills.
· Eligibility for member of ALIA
· An understanding of the Lowther Hall context and requirements for ensuring child safety.
